Description
One third of the Syrah clusters were left intact and the wine delivers black plum, star anise and hints of stem presence. Fruit came from the esteemed Les Collines Vineyard, a LIVE-certified sustainable site on a ridge just north of the Washington-Oregon border. The deep, windblown silt soil is nutrient rich with excellent drainage.
